THE CREATION
A symbol of free-spirited, modern femininity, Amazone was created in 1974 by perfumer Maurice Maurin. This green floral fragrance draws inspiration from the legendary horsewomen who, according to legend, ruled the shores of the Black Sea.

THE AROMATIC NOTES
With its floral and green fragrance, Amazone Eau de Toilette boldly balances the powdery notes of blackcurrant buds with the delicate notes of rose, alongside a creamy sandalwood accord.

THE PURPOSE
Inspired by the headlights of vintage cars, the bottle is topped with a black cap reminiscent of a cavalry helmet. As a sign of its place in the Parfums-Fondateurs collection, the label on the back features an illustration by Philippe Dumas.
