It's very simple! Apply to wet hair, gently massage into the scalp and hair. Lather, then rinse. That's it!!

Myriam's tip: "You should always shampoo twice: the first time to remove impurities and the second time to condition the hair. It's also recommended to let the second shampoo sit for a minute to achieve optimal results."
