Apply a small amount to the back of your hand
Warm up the product with your ring finger
Apply the product to the cheekbones, sweep down toward the cheeks, and sweep back up above the eyebrows in a C-shape
Apply more product to your hand and repeat on the other cheek
Repeat until you reach the desired intensity
If you're using a brush, pair it with the Blooming Blush brush, swirl it through the product on the back of your hand, then apply it in the same way by sweeping the brush across your skin.
