For a defined silhouette
- Use the side of your brush and make short strokes along the upper lash line—starting above your iris and moving outward. Stop where your natural lashes end.
- Use the remaining product on your brush to finish the line. Glide from the inner corner of your eye toward the center to create a smooth, bold line.
For a cat-eye look:
- Use the side of your brush and make short strokes along the upper lash line—starting above your iris and moving outward. Stop where your natural lashes end.
- Draw the brush from the inner corner of your eye to the center of your eye to create a clean line.
- Turn your brush and draw the line just past the outer corner. Follow the angle of your lower lash line to ensure that the wing is applied correctly and is symmetrical on both sides.
- For a more dramatic look, apply your eyeliner just below your lower lash line. Start at the outer corner of the eye and work your way inward. Note: You can use either liquid eyeliner or an eyeliner pencil for the lower lash line.
For dramatic winged looks:
- Use the side of your brush and trace along your upper lash line in short strokes—starting above your iris and moving outward. Stop where your natural lashes end.
- Brush from the outer corner to the inner corner of your eye. Move toward the center of your eye to create a clean line.
- Apply another layer of eyeliner over the existing line to intensify and define it. Then, turn the brush and sweep it toward the center of the eye to create a more pronounced wing. Fill in any visible skin for a full black winged look.
- Next, use the brush to outline your eye.
