1. SWIRL a small amount of VEIL MINERAL powder in the cap.
2. REMOVE the excess.
3. PRESS the powder onto the areas where you want to absorb oil and set your makeup. By pressing the product onto your skin, you’ll avoid smudging the makeup underneath.
