Set, Refine, Blur. Once the compact is closed, tap the base. The perfect amount of powder will appear on the velvet puff thanks to the chevron-shaped sifter.
Take the powder puff and apply it all over your face to set your makeup and refine your skin texture. Press the powder puff onto the areas you want to blur and mattify.
If you're using color-correcting shades, press the puff onto the areas you want to target. If you're using the All Hours Hyper brush: remove the velvet puff, and once the case is closed, tap the base of the case.
Open the compact and, using the Hyper brush, gently apply the powder all over your face.
For an ultra-matte finish: After applying the All Hours Precise Angles concealer, apply a generous amount of Hyper Blur loose powder under your eyes to brighten your look. Let the powder set for a few minutes, then use the All Hours Hyper brush to remove any excess product.
