HOW:
1. Gently shake the bottle before each use to mix the two layers.
2. Apply to a cotton pad.
3. Place the cotton pad on your closed eyelids and lashes, then gently press and wipe to dissolve and remove makeup. Repeat until the cotton pad is clean. No rinsing required. Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
