Use this body scrub two to three times a week on clean skin, preferably in the shower.
1. Take a small amount of the product; wet your skin and warm the scrub between your palms to make it easier to apply.
2. Gently apply the body scrub all over your body, focusing on areas that often feel rough, like strawberry skin, or that look dull.
3. Use a heart-centered exfoliating motion to improve circulation. Start with your feet, gently massaging the scrub in circular motions over your legs and torso. Continue using your fingertips to massage your arms. Pay special attention to areas that need exfoliation, such as your knees and elbows.
4. Rinse with water: As you rinse, continue massaging to remove any remaining exfoliating particles, leaving your skin refreshed and clean.
For best results, use this body scrub daily in combination with BIOCORPS Anti-Blemish Body Serum to achieve regenerated, smooth, and visibly radiant skin. After exfoliating, use a nourishing moisturizer like our Hydrating Body Lotion to hydrate and soothe your skin.
Avoid sun exposure and use a product with an SPF of at least 30, such as Waterlover Sunmilk SPF 30, to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Avoid applying the body scrub to your face.
