Apply your serum or cream to clean, clear skin. Apply light pressure and use upward and outward motions on the skin; at the end of each motion, lift the roller and start again. Begin at the center of the chin and jawline, then move toward the earlobes.
Move on to the cheeks: roll the roller from the nose directly across the cheekbones toward the top of the ear. The area under the eyes can be gently rolled outward toward the temples. For the eyebrow area, gently follow the contour of your brow bone, from the bridge of the nose toward the temples. For the forehead, roll from the center outward.
Wipe your roller with a clean, dry or damp cloth. Do not wash it with water.
