FOR EYE SHADOW
For a buildable color, apply Ombre Blackstar directly to your eyes, then blend immediately with a brush or your finger until the color is perfectly blended.
Repeat until you achieve the desired color intensity.
FOR EYELINER
For a liner effect, swipe an eyeliner brush directly over Blackstar Eyeshadow, then apply it along the lash line.
For a bolder eyeliner look, apply Blackstar Eyeshadow directly along the lash line.
Leave it as is for a defined look, or soften the line for a more natural effect.
AS A BASE/PRIMER FOR EYE MAKEUP
