Eugène Perma’s Oxycrem oxidizing cream effectively lightens hair. Easy to apply, this 6% (20-volume) formula allows you to lighten hair by up to two shades or cover up to 100% of gray hair. It is best used with a pre-pigmentation lightening treatment to optimize the upcoming color application. It is then applied in different proportions, depending on whether you are performing an initial color application on natural hair or changing the color of previously colored hair.
