Application:
Rotate the tip just 3 mm (the pencil does not retract to prevent the formula from being exposed to air, which would cause it to dry out).
Redraw the outline of the eyes.
Use the foam tip to gently blend the color until you achieve the desired effect.
Let the color dry for 60 seconds to ensure it won't rub off.
Close the cap after use to protect the silky formula.
