1. For best results, exfoliate your skin with a washcloth 24 hours before use.
2. Before applying, moisturize areas prone to dryness—such as your ankles, knees, elbows, and feet.
3. Shake well before use. Apply to clean, dry skin. Use a self-tanning mitt and spread evenly in circular motions. Finish by applying any excess foam from the mitt to your hands and feet.
4. Let it dry before getting dressed.
5. For best results, wait 2 to 8 hours before showering to allow the tan to fully develop. Note that the longer you wait, the deeper your tan will become.
