To sculpt your body, apply morning and night to the entire body or to the desired areas—thighs, buttocks, stomach, hips, and arms—and massage using the application technique described below:
1. Stimulate the skin before application:
• Gently pinch the affected areas with your fingertips
• With both hands clenched into fists, make quick, vigorous up-and-down movements
2. Apply the product to sculpt the figure:
• On the legs, buttocks, and hips: apply firm, upward strokes toward the groin to stimulate lymphatic drainage
• On the abdomen and waist: Use your fingertips to make deep, circular motions in a clockwise direction around the navel
• On the upper arms: Use one hand to apply dynamic, intense upward pressure, moving up toward the armpit crease
