Directions for use:
1. Apply eyeliner from the center to the outer corner of the eyelid.
2. Trace the line from the inner corner toward the center of the eyelid.
3. Extend the line to create a wing at the outer corner of the eye and add a few dots above the upper eyelid for a unique look.
4. Finish the look with Bourjois volumizing mascara to make your eyes pop.
