STEP 1
Shake the bottle before each use to activate the formula and mix the two phases into a uniform solution.
STEP 2
Apply Bi-Facil to a cotton pad and place it over each closed eye.
STEP 3
Let the cotton pad sit for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup, then gently wipe your eyelids to remove it.
