STEP 1:
Once you've washed your hair, towel-dry it. Gently squeeze out the excess water.
STEP 2:
Before you start styling, apply the ghd Volume Forever blow-dry cream from the mid-lengths to the ends, twisting each strand as you go. Then, detangle your hair using the ghd brush.
STEP 3:
Turn on the ghd duet blowdry. Once it’s ready, start by running the blow-dry brush through large sections of hair. Take your time as you blow-dry until your hair is almost dry.
STEP 4:
Work in sections. Use the following technique depending on the look you want:
- To add volume at the roots: lift the section of hair to create lift. Position the ghd duet blowdry horizontally beneath the section at the roots. Hold for 3 seconds, then slide the blow-dry brush upward.
- For a soft, voluminous blowout: position the ghd duet blowdry diagonally beneath your hair. Rotate it a quarter turn, then slowly slide it down to the ends. Next, wrap the ends around the ghd duet blowdry, work your way back up to the roots, hold for 3 seconds, then release.
- For a sleek, elegant blowout: position the ghd duet blowdry diagonally beneath your hair. Rotate it a quarter turn, then slowly glide it down to the ends. Use an inward motion at the ends.
- For a curly blowout: hold the ghd duet blowdry vertically, with the tip pointing down. Glide it down to the ends while continuing to rotate the brush.
- To create curls: hold the ghd duet blowdry vertically, with the tip pointing upward. Rotate the blow-dry brush a full turn to wrap the strand around itself. Continue this motion in the same direction as you work your way down to the ends to fully twist the strand.
STEP 5:
