Gently and slowly, for 1 minute twice a day, morning and evening:
1. Start at the ends and work your way up toward the roots.
2. With your head upside down, brush from the nape of your neck toward your forehead, then from the sides toward the top of your head.
Finish by brushing from the forehead toward the nape of the neck.
