An intense floral-aquatic fragrance for women
The creations of Issey Miyake have always been inspired by encounters.
To create this new fragrance, perfumer Amandine Clerc-Marie met with Alexis Rosenfeld, founder of the 1Ocean project. This project, in partnership with UNESCO, aims to explore and document the oceans to raise awareness about their biodiversity and conservation.
From this exchange came an intense fragrance inspired by the ocean.
The iconic floral and aquatic notes of L’Eau d’Issey are enhanced by a Posidonia accord. Created specifically for this fragrance, this accord is an ode to the underwater meadows of Posidonia, the true lungs of the ocean. These delicate floral and green notes are enhanced by the radiance of ylang-ylang at the heart of the fragrance. In the base, notes of warm vanilla envelop you in a sensual trail.
L’Eau d’Issey This intense eau de parfum is vegan and made with 91% naturally derived ingredients.
A bottle of fragrance inspired by the ocean
For this new, intense fragrance, the iconic bottle from L’Eau d’Issey has been reimagined with a design inspired by the ocean’s intense, metallic reflections.
For the first time, the bottle is refillable in all retail sizes, with a 150-ml refill available. Simply unscrew the spray pump and screw the refill onto the bottle. The refill stops automatically when the bottle is full.
With a rich silvery hue, each 100% wood cover is crafted from a single piece of wood, eliminating the need for plastic.
