The Salt by Issey Eau de Parfum is a fragrance with infinite movement, expressing the encounter between the powerful freshness of the sea and the warm intensity of the earth. Evoking the marine element, a vibrant salty accord blends with seaweed and naturally sourced oak moss. The “earth” aspect reveals the sensuality of incense notes and a naturally derived amber note combined with upcycled cedarwood. An intense fragrance with an enveloping and sensual elegance.

The Salt by Issey Eau de Parfum is vegan, contains 94% naturally derived ingredients, and is made with 100% French-sourced alcohol.

A fragrance bottle inspired by salt, even more intense

For this new Eau de Parfum, Tokujin Yoshioka has created a bottle whose design conveys the fragrance’s intensity and amplified masculinity. The cap has been reimagined in a bold metallic shade, while the bottle—made with 20% recycled glass*—features a gray ombre finish. The gray box, which echoes the same design elements, is made from 10% upcycled natural seaweed and materials sourced from well-managed, FSC™-certified forests as well as other controlled sources.
