As a cream: Apply the oil-in-balm by massaging each target area (thighs, lower legs, buttocks, stomach) for 2 minutes. The duration of the massage is the time needed to maximize the effectiveness of the active ingredients.
As a wrap mask*: Apply a generous amount of the balm to each thigh once a week, then wrap them in cotton strips for 15 to 30 minutes. Finally, remove the strips and massage in any excess product with firm, invigorating strokes.
