1) Sharpen the lip liner well and outline your lips before applying lipstick.

1) For a "plump lips" effect, start by drawing a light line from the outer corner of your upper lip to your Cupid's bow.
2) Once you reach the center of your lips, slightly thicken the line only along the Cupid’s bow.
