Best applied dry with a brush, this powder creates a luminous, sheer finish, but can be layered for a more intense, dazzling effect. It doesn’t flake, fade, or crease, while micro-ionized pigments give it a luminous iridescence that helps create a radiant complexion.
This powder is designed to glide on effortlessly. Its buildable formula means it can be layered just above the lashes or along the lash line to look fantastic on its own, or combined with a second shade for added impact.
