Proper preparation of the Velour Puff is essential: press it into the loose powder, then work the powder into it by folding and rubbing the halves together, or by vigorously tapping the powdered side against the back of your hand.
Gently press the Velour Puff onto your skin, using a rolling motion to help the powder blend in.

As with all setting powders, apply them after any cream-based products, including cream blush.
To achieve your Flawless Face, dip the Velour Powder Puff into the Translucent Loose Setting Powder Tone-Up, then fold it in half and rub the two halves together. Tap to remove any excess. Gently pat the powder puff onto your face in a circular motion to set your makeup.
