Prepare your nails. Apply and cure your semi-permanent nail polish as usual.
Apply the Blooming Gel to the entire surface of the nail. Choose your favorite semi-permanent nail polish color and create the design of your choice using a liner brush or the Dottie tool.
Let the effect "bloom" for a few seconds. Cure for 30 seconds under the mini LED lamp (60 seconds under the maxi LED lamp).
