Created by Jacques Guerlain in 1906, After the Downpour is a celebration of the nice weather after the rain.
A bouquet of soft-colored flowers.
Jacques Guerlain has crafted its floral bouquet around violet, iris, and vanilla notes.
After the Downpour is presented in the iconic “inverted heart” bottle. Designed in 1912 by George Chevalier as the epitome of femininity: a subtle blend of lines and curves, with rounded, harmonious shoulders and a chiseled cap shaped like an inverted heart.
Powdery Floral
Tender, delicate, subtle
Full of nuances and subtleties, After the Downpour opens with notes of anise. It then blossoms into a bouquet of powdery, spicy flowers whose scents evoke a stroll through a dew-kissed forest glade.
