Applications:
Apply Phyto-Khol Perfect to the eyelid as close to the lashes as possible to accentuate the shape of the eye, or blend it into the eyelid using the foam tip.
To make your eyes look more intense, apply Phyto-Khol Perfect to the inner corner of your eye.
For a more sophisticated look, apply your eyeshadow before Phyto-Khol Perfect.
