Phyto-Eyebrow Design is a 3-in-1 eyebrow pencil.

The pencil’s texture, which is both smooth and precise, allows for controlled application. The finish is buildable, ranging from the most natural to the most intense, so you can define your eyes however you like.
3. Apply highlighter under the brow bone to finish the look and brighten the eyes
The sponge, infused with highlighter powder, allows you to apply just the right amount under the eyebrow.

Enriched with skin-care ingredients (acacia wax and camellia oil), it is gentle on even the most delicate skin. Ophthalmologically tested for skin tolerance.
