How do I use it?
Khôl Couture is used just like a pencil! Simply twist the tip out a few millimeters (no more than 3 mm) for a crisp, defined line.
The app is fast, easy, and accurate!
Like eyeliner, it is applied along the upper lash line, from the inner corner to the outer corner. It is applied along the lower lash line and blended onto the eyelid like eyeshadow.
