Its oil-in-water formula gently removes all makeup, even waterproof formulas! Its crystalline phase, enriched with gentle oils, dissolves even the most stubborn or intense makeup without rubbing, while its water-based blue phase, enriched with a mineral complex, leaves the skin around the eyes feeling fresh, clean, and soft.

Shake the bottle before use to mix the two phases.
Apply a cotton pad soaked in TOTAL BI-PHASE and hold it against your eye for a moment, gently patting to "dissolve" the makeup.
Remove makeup using long, sweeping motions from top to bottom (from the brow bone toward the lower eyelid), then repeat from bottom to top, and finally from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.
If the makeup is particularly stubborn, it is recommended that you repeat the process without rubbing, to avoid stretching the skin around the eyes.
