Apply a small amount of product to wet hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Detangle, then let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Work it into a lather, then rinse thoroughly. There you go!

Myriam's tip: "For best results with this mask, I recommend spreading the product evenly along the lengths and ends of your hair, avoiding the roots. Detangle your hair. Then use a warm towel to help the nutrients absorb. Leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing. Use a hair mask with every wash for optimal results."
