Apply a generous amount of oil before going out in the sun.

For the face, spray the product into your hands, then apply it to your face, avoiding the eye area.

You can spray the oil directly onto your body and rub it in thoroughly. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or drying off.

If you don't apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be significantly reduced.

Precautions: Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Sunscreen does not provide 100% protection. Avoid the sun during the middle of the day.
