Apply a generous amount of sunscreen before going out in the sun.
On the face, apply evenly, avoiding the eye area. On the body, apply directly to the skin and rub in thoroughly. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or drying off.
If you don't apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be significantly reduced.
Precautions: Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Sunscreen does not provide 100% protection. Avoid the sun during the middle of the day.
