Apply a generous amount of your sunscreen before going out in the sun, on your face and/or areas that are particularly exposed (nose, ears, backs of hands, etc.). Do not apply to your lips.
Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or towel-drying. If you don't apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be significantly reduced.
Too much sun is dangerous. Sunscreen does not provide 100% protection. Avoid the sun during the middle of the day.
