Apply a generous amount of your sunscreen before going out in the sun.
Dispense the product into your hands before applying it to your face, avoiding the eye area.
You can spray it directly onto your skin and then rub it in thoroughly. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or drying off.
If you don't apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be significantly reduced.
Precautions: Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Sunscreen does not provide 100% protection. Avoid the sun during the middle of the day.
