Start by outlining your lips with the pencil.
For fuller-looking lips, you can lightly go outside the lip line.
Next, apply a small amount of lip gloss to the center of your lips and blend it out toward the corners using the applicator tip.
Be sure to blend the pencil and gloss thoroughly for an even finish.
If you want a more defined lip line, dab the gloss on with your finger so as not to smudge the lip liner.
