Pupa Vamp! Base et Top Coat Transparent et Parfumé
Vamp! is a base and top coat nail polish available in the same fragrances as the Vamp! Eau de Parfum; it pairs perfectly with Vamp! Nail Polish for a professional finish.
When used as a base coat, it protects the nail and improves the adhesion of Vamp! nail polish.
When used as a top coat, it enhances the shine, thickening effect, and staying power, and acts as a "fragrance booster" for Vamp! Nail Polish.
The scent is released once the polish is dry, and thanks to the high concentration of fragrance in the formula, the nails are delicately and long-lasting scented.
The bottle is a true miniature version of Vamp! Eau de Parfum and echoes the iconic shape of Vamp! Mascara. The “fan brush” applicator—a flat, fan-shaped brush with 300 rounded bristles—combined with the ribbed inner cap ensures easy, smooth application and uniform, controlled dispensing.
Does not contain: toluene, formaldehyde, DBP (dibutyl phthalate), camphor
