To highlight your eyes, apply the pencil as eyeliner: start at the inner corner of the upper eyelid and follow the natural line of your lashes.
To make it more intense, apply the pencil like kajal on the inner rim of the eye: this will highlight the shape and color of the iris.
For a more dramatic look, apply the pencil to the inner rim of your upper eyelid as well: it will enhance the effect of the mascara.
