Smooth, soft lips are the perfect base. Apply lip balm and blot away any excess before applying the lip liner.

For a subtle, natural-looking tint on your lips, apply a light coat of lip tint and blend it in by pressing your lips together or using your fingertip. Repeat the application and blending for a more intense color.
Remove with a two-phase makeup remover. For more intense shades, a slight hint of color may remain after removal.

Store the product with the tip pointing down. Close it after use.

To help the product dispense more easily after a period of non-use, shake it and, if necessary, rub the tip on a makeup remover wipe or a tissue. Then press the tip lightly against the tissue to fully reactivate the color flow.
