Apply the cream morning and night, using the massage techniques specifically designed for the face, forehead, and neck.
Plump up the face: Using light pressure with your hands, alternate between making six upward gliding motions starting below the chin, along the jawline, and under the jawbone, all the way to the bottom of the ear.
Smooth the forehead: Repeat the gliding motions, this time using the tips of your index and middle fingers and applying more pressure. Start at the outer corner of the eyebrow and firmly smooth the skin upward, from the eyebrow to the hairline across the entire forehead.
