1. Apply the eye cream in small dabs to the upper and lower eyelids, then smooth it in.
2. Apply the cream in small dabs, starting at the inner corner and working toward the tip of the eyebrow on the lower eyelid, up to where the eyebrow begins.
3. Smooth along the eyebrow to the tip.
