1. Relax the forehead and frown lines:
Vertical smoothing: Using both thumbs (one after the other), smooth the skin from bottom to top. Horizontal smoothing: Using your index and middle fingers, make movements perpendicular to the wrinkle to smooth it out.
2. Smooth out crow’s feet: start on the right side. Using the pads of your index and middle fingers on each hand, make small movements perpendicular to the crow’s feet, moving up and down simultaneously, as if to spread them apart and blur them. Repeat the same motion on the left side.
3. Drainage: Using your index and middle fingers, smooth the skin around the eyes with horizontal outward strokes, alternating between both hands. Repeat the entire motion on the other side.
