Take an amount about the size of a hazelnut, warm it between your hands, and then apply it using circular motions from the center of your face outward, making sure to include your neck.
SCULPT: Place your right index finger, bent at the knuckle, under your chin in a hook shape. Using your index finger, smooth the skin under your jawline, moving from your chin toward your ear. Repeat this smoothing motion along the contours of your face and on your cheeks.
NECK LIFT: Curl your fingers and place your fist under your jaw. Slowly and with firm pressure, smooth down the length of your neck using your knuckles.
