Brôw Define Pencil allows you to perfectly and precisely shape your eyebrows and fill in sparse or over-plucked areas.
The ultra-fine retractable tip naturally mimics hair and creates the illusion of texture, while the brush tip allows you to blend the lines.
Define your eyebrows in 2 steps.
Step 1: Fill in.
Draw small strokes from the root to the tip in the sparse areas of the eyebrow to mimic hair.
Step 2: Discipline.
