This powder foundation comes with a professional-quality 2-in-1 sponge applicator, specially designed to provide light to medium coverage. The white side, which has a texture similar to that of a velvet powder puff, is used dry. Blend the pigments by working from the center of the face outward. Then apply in small dabs to areas requiring more coverage. Moisten the black sponge-like side and squeeze out excess moisture before applying the powder evenly over the entire face.
