1-MINUTE MASSAGE TECHNIQUES:
STEP 1 - Face and neck
- Apply to 6 areas (both cheeks, the nose, the forehead, the chin, and the neck) and massage the serum into the skin.
- Use circular motions to help the serum absorb into your neck.
STEP 2 - Jaw
-Tuck your chin in slightly and hold the lower part of your jaw between your thumb and index finger.
-Using upward strokes, slide your fingers along your jawline, starting at your chin and ending below your ears. (Repeat 3 times)
STEP 3 - Smile lines
-Hold four fingers together, placing your index finger along the smile lines.
