Apply a small amount to wet hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Detangle, then leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Work into a lather, then rinse.

Myriam's tip:
"For best results when applying a hair mask, I recommend spreading the product evenly along the lengths and ends of your hair, avoiding the roots. Then use a warm towel or a shower cap to help the nutrients absorb. Leave it on for 10 minutes before rinsing. Use a hair mask every time you wash your hair for optimal results."
