Apply to washed and towel-dried hair.
Apply a walnut-sized amount of the product to the lengths of your hair. Gently work it in.
Let it sit for 1 minute.
Lather and rinse thoroughly.
For enhanced effectiveness, apply the Anti-Wear Cement after the Strengthening Bath.
