Use Shine-up powder as a highlighter: Apply with your fingers or using the 707 Blending Brush in small dabs (avoiding the T-zone if too much shine is desired) on the tops of the cheekbones, temples, bridge of the nose, and the outline of the lips (Cupid’s bow) for a sexy smile.
Use Shine-up powder as eyeshadow: Under the eyebrows to reduce the “droopy eyelid” effect, in the inner corner of the eye to open up the gaze, along the lower lash line, and across the entire eyelid using the 704 Cat’s Tongue Brush for a sunny look.
