Apply generously before sun exposure (about a fingertip’s worth of product on the face)*. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, toweling off, or sweating. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you are using sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Avoid sun exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Do not expose babies and young children to the sun. Wear protective clothing (hat, sunglasses, T-shirt).
